Registration & Training of Contractors / Suppliers / Vendors

 


 

1.     The Contractors / Suppliers / Vendors willing to participate in the tenders of DTL floated through e-Procurement System will be required to get themselves registered with the e-Procurement System of GNCTD / DGS&D.  DGS&D will charge an annual enrollment fee of Rs 6,000/- (plus applicable taxes) from each Contractor / Supplier / Vendor.

 

2.     Contractors / Suppliers / Vendors will be required to obtain Digital Signature Certificate from certified agencies authorized by Govt. of India under Information Technology Act, 2000.

 

3.     Contractor / Supplier / Vendor who is already registered with  e-Procurement System of GNCTD / DGS&D need not to register again, provided the Contractor's User ID and Digital Signatures are the same and the registration is valid.

 

4.     E-Procurement User Training for Contractors / Suppliers / Vendors will be arranged by DGS&D.
