Implementation of E-Procurement in DTL

DTL is introducing E-Procurement System and intends to start inviting tenders through e-procurement portal only. The system shall make it convenient to participate in the bid and the tenders shall be more efficient, faster and transparent.

As per the order of GNCTD E-Procurement System is compulsory for all tenders above 2 Lacs w.e.f. 1^st August, 2008 for all tenders.e-Procurement portal of GNCTD is accessible at https://delhi.govtprocurement.com/

For Creation of User Id's on e-Procurement Portal , user departments should submit information pertaining to their department in the following excel sheet format to IT Department. Information should be submitted in hard copy & soft copy format.
